Refund & Return Policy

Because every Design Dynamo item is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than mass-retail stores.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We stand behind our printing. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at designdynamo@aveglobal.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom printed when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (for example, ordering the wrong size or changing your mind). Please review our Size Chart before ordering.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel for a full refund, provided production hasn't started. See our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
