Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email designdynamo@aveglobal.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom printed for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind) unless the item is defective. Please check our Size Chart before ordering. To cancel an order, see our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
