Cancellation Policy
Because our products are made to order, we begin preparing your item shortly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Within 12 hours of ordering: Orders can be cancelled in full for a complete refund, provided production has not yet started.
- After production has started: We are unable to cancel the order, as the item is custom-made for you.
